TI Chairman Retires

Dallas-based Texas Instruments has shifted its board composition, saying Thursday that Chairman Thomas J. Engibous is retiring following the firm's 2008 stockholders meeting April 17th. Richard K. Templeton, the firm's President and CEO, will replace Engibous as Chairman.... (more)
