Voyence Acquired By EMC

Richardson, Texas-based Voyence has been acquired by data storage giant EMC, EMC said Tuesday. EMC did not disclose financial terms of the deal. Voyence is a provider of network configuration and change management software, used by IT administrators to manage their networks.... (more)
